1. The name of the corporation is
ARIZONA RANGERS.
2. Attached hereto as Exhibit A is the text of each amendment adopted.
3. The amendments was adopted the 7 day of April, 2002.
4. The amendment was duly adopted by act of the members board of
directors.

ARTICLE III.
Amended by vote of the General Membership and
accepted by the Board of Directors, April 7, 2002.
“Said Corporation shall be an Arizona Non-profit Corporation, organized
with the objects and purposes of:-
(1) rendering, when called upon by any federal, state, or local law
enforcement authority, such law enforcement assistance as may be
requested, that are within the capabilities of the Arizona Rangers,
however, do so only under the direction and supervision of such authority;
(1) provide support to youth organizations that contribute to the
development of youth in matters of good morals and good citizenship;
(2) engage in activities that keep alive the traditions of the old west:
The Corporation is, and shall forever remain, nonpartisan and
non-denominational.”

ARTICLE XIV.
Amended by vote of the General Membership and
accepted by the Board of Directors, April 7, 2002.
“Should the Corporation require dissolution, the Board of Directors shall,
after paying or making provision for the payment of all liability of the
corporation, dispose of its assets to organizations operated exclusively
for charitable, education, religious, or scientific purposes considered
non-profit by IRS Standards. Any assets not disposed of shall be disposed
of, as directed by the Superior Court of Cochise County, Bisbee, Arizona."
